Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1395

Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik, from Ata, regarding a man who married, he said to another: "My slave girl is for you to have intercourse with; if she becomes pregnant, she is yours, and if she does not become pregnant, you return her to me." He said: "If he has intercourse with her, she is his."
