Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1396

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Hakam and from al-Shaybani, from al-Sha’bi, they both said: "When her private part is made lawful for him, then she is his."
