Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Musa ibn Haythum narrated to me, he said: A man asked Ikrimah, he said: "A slave woman belonging to my female companion, she has made her lawful for me." He said: "She is not lawful for you unless you own her neck (i.e., possess her as your property)."
