Hadith 9:14
Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il ibn Abi Khalid, from Qays, from ‘Abdullah, who said: We were with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while we were young men, so we said: "O Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, shall we not castrate ourselves?" He said: "No." Then he granted us a concession to marry a woman for a garment for a specified term. Then ‘Abdullah recited: "O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful to you."
حدثنا وكيع عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن قيس عن عبد الله قال كنا مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ونحن شباب فقلنا يا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ألا نستخص قال لا ثم رخص لنا أن ننكح المرأة بالثوب إلى الأجل ثم قرأ عبد الله @QB@ يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تحرموا طيبات ما أحل الله لكم @QE@ 1
