Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1406

Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, who said: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad about a man’s slave who forced a free woman. They said: There is no *’aqr* (compensation for violation) upon him. It does not harm you whether she was a free woman or a slave-girl.
