Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1407

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, and from a man from al-Zuhri, they both said: If she was a virgin, then the *‘aqr* (dower/compensation) and the *hadd* (prescribed punishment) are due. And if she was a *thayyib* (previously married woman), then the *hadd* is due.
