Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1444

Ubaydah ibn Humayd narrated to us, from al-Rukayn, from his father, who said: Manzur ibn Rayyan proposed to Khalid, and they were both performing Hajj or Umrah. He (Khalid) said: "Yes, when you return, I will marry her to you." Then her brother, from her mother and father, went out to her and married her to her cousin. When he (Khalid) arrived, he said: "I have married her." Her father became severely angry and said: "I flee to Allah from this marriage, for I heard Umar saying: 'The Muhajirat (emigrant women) shall not be married to the Bedouins.'"
