'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Ibn al-Musayyib and al-Hasan, regarding a slave who marries without the permission of his master: They both said: If his master wishes, he may ratify the marriage, and if he wishes, he may annul it.
