Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1452

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, who said: I mentioned that to Muhammad ibn Sirin, and he said: I was informed that some people of the people of Medina differed regarding it. Among them were those who disliked it, and among them were those who did not dislike it. And those who disliked it are better in our estimation than those who did not dislike it. And al-Qasim ibn Muhammad was among those who disliked it.
