Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1481

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, that Ali gave a legal opinion regarding a woman who married a man on the condition that the dowry is upon her and that the right of separation and intercourse is in her hand. Ali said: "You have opposed the Sunnah and have entrusted the matter to someone other than its rightful person. The dowry is upon you, and the right of intercourse and separation is in your hand; and that is the Sunnah."
