Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1497

Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, from 'Ammar, from 'Ata', from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, regarding [the verse]: "And what is recited to you in the Book concerning orphan women," he said: "What is recited to you at the beginning of the Surah regarding the inheritance laws." And they used to not grant inheritance to a woman nor a young boy until he reached puberty.
