Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1498

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Isra'il, from al-Suddi, from Abu Malik, regarding the saying of Allah: "And what is recited to you in the Book concerning the orphan women to whom you do not give what is prescribed for them and whom you desire to marry." He said: If a woman was with a guardian, he would desire her due to her lineage or her beauty—Abu Bakr was uncertain—and then he would marry her and not let anyone else marry her. "And [concerning] the oppressed among children, and that you maintain for orphans in justice." He said: They used to not grant inheritance except to the eldest, then the eldest.
