Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1501

Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aisha, regarding the verse: "And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women." She said: "It means what I have made lawful for you."
