Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1565

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr, from his father, from Abu al-Darda, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by a woman who was in labor, and she was at the door of a tent or a pavilion. He said, "Whose is this?" They said, "So-and-so's." He said, "Does he have intercourse with her?" They said, "Yes." He said, "I had intended to curse him with a curse that would enter the grave with him. How can he use him (as a servant) when he is counting on his sight and his hearing? How can he inherit from him when it is not lawful for him?"
