Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1567

Hushaym ibn Bashir narrated to us, from Isma'il, from al-Sha'bi: Four young women gathered. One of them said, "I am a man," and another said, "I am a woman," and the third said, "I am the father of the one who claimed to be a woman," and the fourth said, "I am the father of the one who claimed to be a man." The one who claimed to be the father of the man proposed to the one who claimed to be the father of the woman, and she married her off to her. Then, the one who claimed to be a man corrupted the young woman whom she had married. They disputed before Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, so he placed her dowry upon all four of them, and he exempted the share of the one who claimed to be a woman because she had restrained herself. He said: I mentioned that to Abdullah ibn Mughaffal al-Muzani, and he said, "If I had been in charge of that, I would not have seen the dowry to be upon anyone except the one who corrupted her."
