Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who married a woman, then consummated the marriage with her, then died, then evidence was established that she was his sister through breastfeeding: He said: She is entitled to the dowry, and she has no inheritance.
