Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:159

Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Abu 'Ubaydah, from 'Umarah ibn Hassan, that a woman came to Jabir ibn Zayd and said, "A man is proposing to my slave-girl." He said, "Do not marry her to him." She said, "But he fears for himself [i.e., he is struggling with his desires]." He said, "Do not marry her to him." She said, "But he fears that he will commit adultery with her." He said, "Then marry her to him."
