Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, he said: If a woman accepts Islam while she has a Jewish, Christian, or Magian husband, and he does not accept Islam, then there is nothing for her, as long as he has not consummated the marriage with her.
