Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1616

Yazid narrated to us, from Habib, from ‘Amr ibn Harim, from Jabir ibn Zayd, that he was asked about a man who had a Christian woman as his wife, and she accepted Islam, but her husband refused to accept Islam. He said: "I am of the opinion that they should be separated. If he had consummated the marriage with her, then she is entitled to the full dowry. And if he had not consummated the marriage with her, she shall return to him what he gave her."
