Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from al-Sha’bi, who said: The statement is the statement of the man. And Hammad and Ibn Dhakwan said: The statement is her statement, regarding what is between her and the dowry of her equal.
