Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1629

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam ibn Harb narrated to us, from al-Ala’ ibn al-Musayyab, from al-Fudayl, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who accuses his wife of adultery before he has consummated the marriage with her. He said: He performs the *li’an* (oath of imprecation) with her, and she receives half of the dowry. If she then manifests a pregnancy, she receives the full dowry.
