Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Ayyub al-Masri informed me, he said: Ayyash ibn Abbas al-Himyari informed me, from Abu al-Husayn al-Hajari al-Haytham, from Amir al-Hajari, he said: I heard Abu Rayhanah, a companion of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to forbid the *mu'akamah* or *mukama'ah* (intimate pressing/embracing) of a woman with a woman when there is nothing between them, or the *mu'akamah* or *mukama'ah* of a man with a man under a garment when there is nothing between them.
