Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Ma‘bad, a nephew of ‘Ubayd ibn ‘Umayr: That ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab annulled the marriage of a woman who was married without the permission of her guardian.
