Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1718

Hafs narrated to us, from al-Hasan ibn Ubayd Allah, from Abu al-Duha, from Ibn Abbas regarding [the verse]: "And abandon them in bed," he said: If she obeys him in the bed, then he has no right to strike her.
