Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Isma'il al-Makki, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: If he marries a slave woman, and he marries her, he may have intercourse with her without waiting for her to be cleared of pregnancy (istibra').
