Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: I asked Hammad about a man who married off his daughter, then the husband died and the daughter did not know about that. He said: She does not inherit. And I asked Al-Hakam, and he said: She inherits.
