Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1755

Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Let no man spend the night with a woman, unless he is married to her or is a mahram (an unmarriageable relative)."
