Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1811

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn al-Yaman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir and Mutarrif, from al-Sha'bi, they both said: "When the *li'an* (oath of imprecation) is averted, the child is attributed to him."
