Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1818

Abu Bakr narrated to us, Abu Nu'aym (al-Fadl ibn Dukayn) narrated to us, he said: Sayf narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Tawus: That he used to say: If a man marries a woman, then divorces her or dies leaving her behind, and she has a daughter, it is permissible for the son of the man to marry her.
