Hadith 9:21
Ghundar narrated to us, from Sa'id, who said: I heard al-Waddah, who said: I heard Jabir ibn Zayd saying: There is no marriage except with a guardian and two witnesses.
حدثنا غندر عن سعيد قال سمعت الوضاح قال سمعت جابر بن زيد يقول لا نكاح إلا بولي وشاهدين
