Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:212

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who loves a slave woman then buys her. He said: "The contract of her enslavement has removed her [from the status of being forbidden]."
