Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:240

'Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Ata' narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Abu Salamah and Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah, they both said: "If she is emancipated while in her waiting period ('iddah), then he may marry her if he wishes, and she remains with him upon one [remaining] divorce."
