Hadith 9:26
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Uthman ibn al-Aswad, from Amr ibn Abi Sufyan, who said: Umar said: "A woman shall not be married except with the permission of her guardian, even if she were to be married ten times, or with the permission of the Sultan."
حدثنا عبيد الله بن موسى عن عثمان بن الأسود عن عمرو بن أبي سفيان قال قال عمر لا تنكح المرأة إلا بإذن وليها وإن نكحت عشرة أو بإذن سلطان
