Hadith 9:27
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ayyub, regarding the woman from the people of the Sawad who has no guardian: Al-Hasan said: "The Sultan." And Ibn Sirin said: "A man from the Muslims."
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أيوب عن الحسن وبن سيرين في المرأة من أهل السواد ليس لها ولي قال الحسن السلطان وقال بن سيرين رجل من المسلمين
