Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:281

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding [the verse]: "From your believing young women," he said: It is not appropriate for a free Muslim man to marry a slave woman from the People of the Scripture.
