Hadith 9:289

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Burayd, from Makhul, from al-Zuhri, they both said regarding a man who married a woman and then entered upon her [consummated the marriage] while she had madness, leprosy, vitiligo, or was mentally deficient: She is to be returned for this, and she shall have the dowry by which he made her private parts lawful for him, both the immediate and the deferred, and his dowry is from a slave (ghurra) in the marriage of the Christians of Banu Tha'labah.

حدثنا عبد الرحمن عن برد عن مكحول عن الزهري قالا في رجل تزوج امرأة فدخل بها جنونا أو جذاما أو برصا أو غفلا إنها ترد من هذاولها الصداق الذي استحل به فرجها العاجل والآجل وصداقه من غرة في نكاح نصارى بني ثعلبة
