Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:308

Waki’ ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, who said: If a son marries a woman, she does not become lawful for the father, whether he (the son) has consummated the marriage with her or has not consummated it. And if a father marries a woman, she does not become lawful for the son, whether he (the father) has consummated the marriage with her or has not consummated it.
