Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:311

Abu Dawud narrated to us, from Abu Hurrah, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who married a woman and then divorced her before he had consummated the marriage with her: [He was asked] "May his father marry her?" He disliked that and said: Allah the Exalted said: "And the wives of your sons."
