Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:317

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar Sulayman ibn Hayyan narrated to us, from Ibn Sa’id, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amir, that when his father was approaching death, he forbade his sons from a slave-girl of his, [saying] that none of them should have intercourse with her. He said: "And he did not know that he [himself] had intercourse with her, except that he had discovered something about her that he disliked for his children to discover."
