Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:321

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, who said: Mujahid said: If a man touches the private part of a slave woman, or his private part touches her private part, or he has intimate contact with her, then that makes her forbidden for his father and for his son.
