Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Habib, from Amr ibn Hazm, who said: Jabir ibn Zayd was asked about a slave girl who belonged to a man, and he had touched her with his hand or looked at her private parts, then he gifted her to his son. Is it permissible for him [the son] to have intercourse with her? He said: No.
