Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:33

15936. Affan narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, who said: If the guardian and the mother agree, they may marry [her off]. And if they disagree, then [the decision belongs to] the guardian.
