Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Rufay, from Ibn Munabbih, who said: In the Torah which Allah revealed to Moses, it is stated: "A man shall not uncover the private parts of a woman and her daughter; whoever does so is cursed." He did not distinguish for us between a free woman and a slave woman.
