Hadith 9:35
Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Yahya, from a man who is called al-Hakam ibn Minhal, from Ibn Abbas: The minimum that is required in marriage is four: the one who gives in marriage, the one who marries, and two witnesses.
حدثنا معاوية بن هشام عن سفيان عن أبي يحيى عن رجل يقال له الحكم بن منهال عن بن عباس ادنى ما يكون في النكاح أربعة الذي يزوج والذي يتزوج وشاهدين
