Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:368

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Dawud, from al-Sha’bi, from Masruq, regarding [the verse]: "And your mothers of your wives" [4:23]. He said: "What Allah has sent, then send [it/them], and what is between [them], then follow [it]."
