Hadith 9:39
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ikrimah ibn Khalid, he said: A group of travelers gathered on the road, and a woman among them began to disclose her affair to a common man who was not her guardian. He married her to a man. He (the narrator) said: So ‘Umar flogged the one who married her and the one who was married, and he separated them.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن بن جريج عن عكرمة بن خالد قال جمعت الطريق ركبا فجعلت امرأة منهم تبث أمرها إلى رجل من العوام غير وليها فأنكحها رجلا قال فجلد عمر الناكح والمنكح وفرق بينهما
