Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:395

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Khalid, that a man married a woman and consummated the marriage with her, then he found a defect in her. He wrote to ‘Umar ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz regarding that. He wrote back to him that he had completed them [the marriage rights] upon that which is greater than that, so he upheld it [the marriage] for him.
