Hadith 9:40
Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah, from Ibn al-Musayyib and al-Hasan, regarding a woman who married without the permission of her guardian: "They are to be separated." And al-Qasim ibn Muhammad said: "If the guardians authorize it, then it is permissible."
حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن بن المسيب والحسن في امرأة تزوجت بغير إذن وليها يفرق بينهما وقال القاسم بن محمد إن اجازه الأولياء فهو جائز
