Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:400

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Burayd, from Makhul and al-Zuhri, who both said regarding a man who married a woman: He entered upon her and saw that she had insanity, leprosy, vitiligo, or was mentally deficient. She is to be returned because of this, and she shall have the dowry by which he made her private parts lawful, both the immediate and the deferred. Her dowry is upon the one who deceived him.
