Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:405

Muhammad ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Abu al-Ala’—who is Ayyub—from Qatadah, regarding a man who married a woman while he had madness or an incurable disease that she did not know about: He said, "She has the choice when she finds out." And Abu Hashim said, "She is his wife; if he wishes, he may keep her, and if he wishes, he may divorce her."
